When I met Katie at a wedding fair and saw examples of her work, I was immediately impressed with the quality of her photography. But when it comes to choosing the person who will be a crucial part of your wedding day, we were also keen to use someone who we could be totally relaxed and comfortable with, and having sat down with her at our house we were completely confident that she was the right person for the job.

It was also hugely useful to be able to meet up with Katie a few weeks before the wedding just to run through some ideas -it did a lot to calm some of those pre-wedding worries!

The night before our wedding was the snowiest night of the year, and while the blanket of white was beautiful in the early morning light I couldn't help but worry that it would make it difficult for people to get to the hotel. Undaunted, Katie battled the elements to be there, and we couldn't have been more grateful for her efforts. "We chose Katie after meeting her at a wedding fair and a further meeting at our home. When we first met Katie we knew she was the one, as we warmed to her instantly as she is down to earth and really easy going. We only had one chance to capture our day and made the decision early on due to budget not to have a video of our day therefore we were relying heavily on Katie to capture every aspect of the day, which she did to perfection......

"We booked Katie for our wedding after meeting her and reviewing some of her work. We are absolutely delighted with the results. Wedding photos are so important. There is only one chance to capturing the special day, and Katie did an outstanding job of that. The first thing to say is that Katie spends a great deal of time preparing for the day. We met Katie at our home to discuss what we wanted more than once, and most importantly, we met at the wedding venue to 'walk and talk' through the day.

On the day, Katie was relaxed and confident, and had everything under control, and her laid back personality was very welcome, but she was also unobtrusive, and blended in. Andrew and I can't recommend Katie Lee highly enough! Katie visited us at home with a diverse selection of albums and photos, and immediately the quality of the pictures and albums was apparent... they were unlike anything we had ever seen. In the run up to the big day nothing was too much trouble, Katie visited us again at home and also went to our venue to check out the photo opportunities, leaving nothing to chance. We felt right at home with Katie, and for 2 people who hate having their photos taken, we really enjoyed it in the end! We were totally relaxed, as were all of our guests.
